The Cold Steel Bushman is an affordable, reliable outdoor survival knife with a blade that's been carefully ground to extra-thin edge, and honed and buffed by hand . Unlike most hollow handled survival knives, there is no joint or seam between the blades and handles that requires a mechanical fastener. Instead, the blade and integral handle are each expertly cold forged out of a single piece of 2.5-millimeter thick SK-5 high carbon steel, and the resulting knife is heat-treated and tempered to RC54 and tested to withstand more than two tons of pressure on the blade/handle transition.



A durable Cor-Ex sheath is also included.

For added versatility, the hollow handle accepts survival supplies or a variety of handle extensions which can maximize reach, leverage, or ease of throwing. A continuously curved blade is ideal for skinning, and will pierce, cut, slash, slice, and shear. A durable, heavy-duty Cor-Ex Survival sheath with front utility pocket is also included.
